Call for Presentations
[Please note that the deadline for submitting a proposal to speak during the AREON 2020 Annual Conference has expired.]
AREON 2020 presents a great opportunity for members of the AREON community to participate in the conference as a speaker during one of the breakout sessions. The breakout sessions are knowledge sharing activities appropriate for the higher education audience. Presentations are to be technology oriented and fit into the general subject areas of Information and Network Technology, IT Management, Cybersecurity, and Research & Innovation. Each session is 45 minutes in length and should include time at the end for questions and answers. Presentations can be by a single speaker, or by multiple speakers in a panel format. Speaking at AREON 2020 is a great way for you to share or showcase a project, expertise, or special topic that interests you.
To submit a proposal to present at AREON 2020, please click on Submit a Proposal and complete the proposal submission form. The submission deadline has been extended to Wednesday, January 22, 2020, 5:00 PM Central. The program committee will review all submitted proposals and notify you whether your proposal has been selected by Friday, January 31, 2020. Multiple submissions are permitted.
Please note that presenters at AREON 2020 are required to register for the conference and are not compensated for their participation, although each presenter will receive a small gift as a token of our appreciation.
If you have any questions, you may contact the conference sessions coordinator, David Merrifield, firstname.lastname@example.org.
