AREON goes live with the Indiana University GlobalNOC

Beginning at 10:00 AM CDT today, ARE-ON has gone live with the Indiana University GlobalNOC as ARE-ON's provider for its Network Operations Center help desk and monitoring functions.  The GlobalNOC provides ARE-ON with a Tier 1 Help Desk through its dual network operations centers located in Indianapolis and Bloomington, IN.  In addition, the GlobalNOC provides and supports a wide variety of network network monitoring and management tools that network engineers within ARE-ON and the GlobalNOC will be able to more proactively monitor the ARE-ON network and respond to issues that might cause service interruptions to ARE-ON’s members and customers.
